PA Senate has passed Rep. Clint Owlett’s HB 156, which would allow hearsay statements made by victims 16 yrs old and younger, concerning violent or sexual offenses. Current law puts the age at 12. It’s meant to spare them the trauma of testifying. @PASenateGOP @PaSenateDems pic.twitter.com/SQf8QIA7dn
