Senate Bill 3, the bill that would ensure taxpayers do not fund abortions through the federal health care exchange administered in PA, was voted out of the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee today by a vote of 8 to 5. Senate Bill 3 now proceeds to the full Senate for a vote. Send
