Senate Bill 732 Passed House Health Committee

Both chambers of the legislature have been working to address the fact that current Pennsylvania law favors the abortion industry. We saw this stark reality in the “house of horrors” run by Dr. Kermit Gosnell in Philadelphia. In May, the House passed House Bill 574 and earlier this month the Senate passed Senate Bill 732.

Today, the House Health Committee amended Senate Bill 732 with essentially the same language as House Bill 574 and passed it with a vote of 15 to 6. Next, the amended Senate Bill 732 will go to the House floor for a vote, and then will be sent to the Senate for concurrence.

Contact your legislator to ask them to vote “yes” on Senate Bill 732 without further amendments.
