The Final PA budget was passed and signed last night, and included substantial increases for school choice and other programs.
EITC increase finally went through with a $150 million more going into the program.

Administration fees capped at 10%
K-12 scholarship organizations increased by $62 million
Educational improvement organizations increased by $10 million
Pre-K scholarship organizations increased by $10 million
Opportunity scholarship organizations increased by $20 million
Economically Disadvantaged Schools increased by $48 million
