PA Catholic Conference Applauds Committee Passage of HB 253

The PCC applauds Tuesday’s passage of House Bill 253 by Rep. Clint Owlett (R-Bradford, Tioga) by the PA House Children & Youth Committee. We were there for the proceedings and shared these postings on social media.
