On Thursday, August 15th 25 members Pennsylvania United for Immigration Reform (PUIR) called for Pennsylvania Congressional representatives to support just, humane, and comprehensive immigration reform that keeps families together, protects immigrant workers, and offers a pathway to citizenship.
Participating organizations included the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, the AFL-CIO, St Rocco’s Church, St Agnes Church, Sisters of St Francis, New Sanctuary Movement, Pennsylvania Immigration and Citizenship Coalition, HIAS PA, and the PA Deferred Action Network. Read more about the event here.
