Wednesday, June 30, 2010, is the deadline for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to pass a balanced budget for the 2010-2011 fiscal year. Rumors of a budget deal are being whispered around the state Capitol, but nothing has been resolved yet. It’s not too late to contact your state legislator to urge him or her to support restoring the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program to $75 million.
