The Fairness Act just passed in committee on party lines. It prohibits discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity/expression. Dems all vote yes. Republicans vote no. Reps. Democrats rallied today in support of the Fairness Act, which they say looks to prohibit discrimination against individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+.
