The Pennsylvania Catholic Conference operates a scholarship foundation to help students attend Catholic schools in Pennsylvania. Companies who do business and pay taxes in Pennsylvania who contribute to the PCC Foundation are eligible to receive Educational Improvement Tax Credits (EITC).
